Delivery Policy

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver:

  • Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Metropolitan France, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Poland, United Kingdom

  • Other EU countries on request (contact us before ordering)

 

2. Delivery methods and times

  • Standard: Shipping within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

    • Delivery within 1 to 6 business days depending on the delivery region.

  • Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary during periods of high activity.

  • We are currently unable to deliver to a collection point.

 

3. Delivery costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout, based on total weight and destination

  • Free delivery for purchases over €150 in Belgium (excluding course bookings)

 

4. Order processing

  • Orders are processed as quickly as possible. (excluding weekends and public holidays)

 

5. Zythology course reservations

  • Reservations are made via the dedicated page and do not result in a physical shipment.

  • A confirmation email with all practical information is sent after payment

  • Confirmations can be presented in printed or digital form on the day of the course.

 

6. Festival Calendar

  • Festival information is available online and does not require delivery.

  • If physical tickets are offered, it will be on the official festival website; we are not a ticket reseller.

 

7. Order tracking

  • A tracking number is provided upon shipment

  • You can track the delivery via the carrier's website

 

8. Delivery Problems

In case of:

  • Damaged package: report it immediately to the delivery person and contact us within 48 hours with photos

  • Delay: contact us to check with the carrier

  • Loss: after confirmation by the carrier, we will resend or refund.
