2. Delivery methods and times

Standard: Shipping within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery within 1 to 6 business days depending on the delivery region.

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary during periods of high activity.

We are currently unable to deliver to a collection point.
3. Delivery costs

Calculated automatically at checkout, based on total weight and destination

Free delivery for purchases over €150 in Belgium (excluding course bookings)
4. Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. (excluding weekends and public holidays)
5. Zythology course reservations

Reservations are made via the dedicated page and do not result in a physical shipment.

A confirmation email with all practical information is sent after payment

Confirmations can be presented in printed or digital form on the day of the course.
6. Festival Calendar

Festival information is available online and does not require delivery.

If physical tickets are offered, it will be on the official festival website; we are not a ticket reseller.
7. Order tracking

8. Delivery Problems
In case of:

Damaged package: report it immediately to the delivery person and contact us within 48 hours with photos

Delay: contact us to check with the carrier

Loss: after confirmation by the carrier, we will resend or refund.
