Refund Policy

1. Physical products (e-shop)

🛍 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.

📦 Return conditions

  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.

  • Reimbursement is made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

❌ Exceptions

The following products cannot be refunded:

  • Personalized or perishable items

  • Products opened or damaged after delivery

  • Opened beers or food products

 

2. Zythology course reservations

📅 Cancellation by the customer

  • Cancellation up to 10 days before the course date: full refund

  • Cancellation between 10 and 3 days before: 50% refund

  • Cancellation less than 72 hours before: no refund possible

🧾 Cancellation by the organizer

In the event of cancellation of the course by us (force majeure, insufficient number of participants, etc.), you will be fully reimbursed or can choose a new date.

 

3. Beer Festival SEO

The Brasserie Carré website offers an informative calendar of beer festivals in Belgium, France and elsewhere.
We do not sell tickets for these events and are not responsible for their organization.

5. Processing times

Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days after validation.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
