 Born in 2007 as a tribute to the legendary Ebenezer's Pub in Maine (USA), the Black Albert quickly became the flagship of the Belgian brewery De Struise Brouwers. Inspired by the “smiling King Albert,” it nevertheless has a dark, deep… and devilishly seductive character.  
 💪 Controlled power
 With its 13% alcohol content, you might expect a knockout punch. But beware: the alcohol is so well-integrated that you'll be surprised by its dangerous drinkability. It's a sipping beer, certainly, but each sip leads to the next.
 👀 Dress & foam
 It comes in total opacity, black as a moonless night, topped with a creamy caramel-colored foam that holds firm despite the strength of the beast.
 👃 Nose
 An intense aroma of roasted malt , dark chocolate , full-bodied coffee , enhanced by notes of candied black fruits (plum, raisin) and a hint of Belgian candy sugar.
 👅 Mouth
 From the first sip, it's an explosion of roasted bitterness that blends with a syrupy, velvety sweetness. Belgian candy sugar adds roundness and complexity, balanced by a noble, lingering bitterness. The texture is thick, almost oily, enveloping the palate like a liquid dessert.
