 XXX Reserva is a rare and daring creation from De Struise Brouwers , brewed in the spirit of a Belgian Tripel but sent for a long stay in bourbon barrels. The result: a beer that plays on two sides – the fruity and spicy roundness of Belgian yeasts, and the woody and vanilla warmth of American oak.
 👀 Dress & foam
 It comes in deep brown tones with mahogany highlights, sometimes slightly cloudy, topped with a creamy beige foam that fades gently.
 👃 Nose
 A rich bouquet: bourbon, caramel, black fruits (fig, plum, raisin), winey notes and a hint of tobacco and leather. We can already feel the barrel has left its mark.
 👅 In the mouth
 Attack: malty sweetness, brown sugar, gourmet Belgian esters.
 Mid-palate: notes of vanilla, toasted wood, cocoa and candied fruit.
 Finish: drier and slightly bitter, with a persistence of dried fruits and spices.
 💪 Character
 With its 10% alcohol content, it remains surprisingly accessible: the body is medium, the effervescence is fine, and the alcohol hides behind the aromatic complexity. This is a beer that should be enjoyed slowly, like a digestif.
